School Bus Driver – Full-time
MBG Enterprises Inc. is now hiring full and part-time enthusiastic, motivated school bus drivers to operate in Anne Arundel and Howard County.
- Must have a clean driving record with zero current points.
- CDL or CDL Permit with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements preferred.
- Will train you and have you earn your CDL B with PS endorsement.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must attend HOCO or AACO class to become certified.
- Experience is preferred (1 years of school bus driving experience) but is not required.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available to all full-time employees
- 401 K
- Sick time for all full-time employees
- Personal days for all full-time employees
- Pay to start at $26.25 per hour and based on experience.
- We offer FREE training to obtain your CDL and endorsements in-house.
We will assist you in obtaining your learner's permit and CDL.

Responsibilities and Duties
Driving a school bus on a pre-determined route, which may include:
- Standard or special needs run
- Field trips
- Private charter work
- School sports trips
- Performing a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on your bus
- Keeping the inside of your bus clean
- Completing all daily paperwork
- Work well with others
- Dependable and reliable
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a background check
COVID-19 considerations:
The Maryland State Department of Education will hold our school buses to stringent sanitation standards. MBG's high-traffic/high-touch areas are sanitized throughout the day.
